vitamins and Minerals? What kinds of foods do we need to be
healthy and stay healthier?Eating your foods in the raw state
and that includes raw fruits and raw vegetables. Raw foods in
there natural state have what we need to keep our bodies
healthy when it comes to vitamins and minerals. Eating raw
foods grown organically will have a much better quality
than those commercially grown and picked early.
Raw foods contain vitamins and mineral to keep our bodies
healthy, keep infections and diseases under control and will
help us flush out toxins that we have in our bodies and what
we absorb from our environments daily.
