You mean that not all protein is healthy protein? When you are
eating lots of meats , you are getting a lot of saturated fats and
these can cause heart disease and sluggish colon health.

Protein does not digest easily. Eating a diet that is balanced
with healthy protein, vitamins and minerals, raw foods with all
those digestive enzymes, organic seeds and nuts and
adding the legumes you can and will have better health.

Healthy Tips:
1. Beans will provide you with 27% of healthy protein
2. Raw spinach provides a healthy protein and others
3. Whole grains foods such as quinoa up to 13%
4. Organic seeds and nuts as much as 11% healthy protein
5. Pineapple, coconut, pears and avocado up to 5%

Do your research and see how you can implement these healthy
foods into your diet and keep your healthy protein. If you insist on
meat, make it organic meats, natural salmon and fish to keep down
on the saturated fats levels and the toxins from pesticides and
hormones added.
