Weight Loss, Your Complete Plan

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

Your health is something that you should all be investing in.
The time you invest in your health will pay dividends later in life that no amount of money can achieve.

Your diet is as important as the exercises you do each day. It is not going to be very beneficial to your heart if you have a diet of foods high in sugar and fat.

Eating the right food will go a long way to supplying you with the nutrition that you need, however even the best foods can’t always supply us with the requirements of our busy lives. Better health,

We all have times when we feel like eating some fast foods or something that isn’t high on the nutritional ladder but the basic core of our diet needs to be good food that can add to the quality of our health.

The best way to decide on a exercise routine is to prepare a program that is not only designed to achieve the results that you are after, but also to fit in with your lifestyle.

Stretching should always be light and never forced as that alone can cause more injury than some of the exercises we perform. You should never bounce when stretching either as this can tear muscles or strain them enough that they will tear during the course of training.

Better health,

Any training is better than none at all, whether it is walking or lifting weights. Record how much weight you are lifting at the gym and how many repetitions you can achieve and then see if you can maintain that and then better those marks over time.

If you have had prior injuries to any parts of your body you might need to ‘work around’ these when planning your training program to ensure they aren’t aggravated and cause you to miss valuable training time.

Some of the most common injuries occur to those parts of the body that are also the hardest to repair.

With walking and running it is obvious that damage to your legs will quickly put an end to your training so stretching your legs before and after exercise, particularly your hamstrings will help to eliminate problems.

Cardio machines are also very good for people who are recovering from injury as they will help to maintain fitness while ensuring that the muscles and limb movement are maintained in a controlled range eliminating the possibility of more injury.

The choice comes down to you! But lucky for you, you have many choices. For those choices all in the same place visit; Better health,

Is My Colon Healthy

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

Good morning,

Is my colon healthy? Am I having symptoms of an un-healthy colon? Did you realize that your digestive system is your lifeline to excellent health?

Some of the symptoms of an un-healthy colon include having a bad body odor, an offensive or bad breath, lots of bloating, bad mood swings and of course don’t forget it will cause weight problems for us. We may have an unbelievable lack of energy to accomplish our daily tasks even. And there is our immune systems that become challenged and we attract all kinds of infections and that will eventually lead to dis eases of all sorts.

There are lots of different ideas and products on the market that tell us how to make our colon healthy. The number one way in my opinion is to include lots of fiber into our daily diets, raw fruits and raw vegetables and of course, lots of good drinking water. Processed foods are not worth much to us as they have lost most all of there nutritional value when cooked and especially those canned, as they contain toxins of processing them to make them brighter in color and those preservatives that are added.

Constipation is one of the number one health issues that many people talk about today and even on television, look at all those commercials suggesting laxatives. These laxatives are not a long term solution for our health or our colon as they can cause dependence and make constipation worse.

I know from personal experience that doing colon cleanse can really help with weight loss and over-all health and with digestive problems. This is one that is recommeded with a docotr’s endorsement as you can read about for yourself. Oxi-Powder is a gentle natural cleanser for our colon health.

Here’s to a healthier you.

Fat Loss Secret and Health

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008

Good evening,

Wow, just finished a long hard day of work and eating late, this is not good for the  fat loss secret and health is it?

In my opinion and in the opinion of others, one should not eat food at least 3 hours before bedtime. Our food needs to digest and we need to burn some of the calories before bedtime so we can keep the fat from our bodies. I think that is why it is suggested that we take a long walk after dinner to relax, digest our foods, clear our minds and this is a great way to lose some of our fat also.

I love to eat raw foods and this is a great way to lose weight and including them into our meal plans is a great way to encourage our bodies to naturally release the fats that we have accumulated in our bodies.

Exercise will also help turn the fat burning on for us also. Walking is a great way to start and then add some aerobic and weight-lifting into our routines at least 3 times a week. Staying active increases fat burning also and helps with weight loss.

Food is not the enemy. We can combine raw fruits and raw vegetables and cut-out all sugar-loaded products such as junk foods and of course, those soft drinks and sodas, and add whole grain products and nuts and be amazed at how much we progress to our weight loss goals.

Please don’t start starving your bodies as this send your body into a defense  position and therefore starts to store fat, due to the sudden drop in calories. This is defeating our purpose, actually if you start eating smaller meals and increasing eating to 6 times a day, you will see weight  loss also. Try it and see for yourself.

Just remember the fat loss secret and health are so very important. We need nutritional, healthy and great tasting foods to deal with weight loss.
