Raw Weight loss tips are the smartest way for anyone to lose Weight sensibly. All those weight loss tips you see usually, will not do the job or that is perfect for your body of health and wellness. Low fat and diet drinks are loaded with chemicals that you definitely do not want to enter your body as none of it is any good for keeping it healthy.

Why eat foods that are of little or no value to keep our bodies healthy? Why would you cook the natural enzymes that are so necessary for our digestive tracks? Do you read the labels on the food purchased? Do you understand what they are? Do you understand that processed foods have all sorts of chemicals, preservatives and added color to impress you to purchase and eat?

Go out and find yourself a farmer’s market and purchase some of those organic fruits and vegetables that those farmer’s put some much love and caring in to produce to keep your bodies healthy. A healthy body will stay that way, especially eating lots of raw foods with all those natural ingredients and when you purchase organic, it is so much healthier also. No pesticides or added colors sprayed on them, what a treat!

Why Walk

Why walk? When you think of walking do you think of it as exercise? Yes, it’s wonderful for that especially when you walk at a pace to raise the heart rate and perspire.

Let’s look at other great reason to walk and that is this thing called ‘Stress”.  All of the hurry that we do all of the time is taking a toll on our health and we don’t even see it.

Then there is the worry such as listening to the news and hear all the horrible news of the current wars we are involved in. Don’t forget all the news of a recession and the health care crisis and then of course, the new of the banking crisis going on now and tons and tons of people unemployed.

Oh, one more thing, the swine flu that is on our minds and how to prevent it in our lives. I think one huge tip to help in all of this is to make sure our children wash their hands after every task that they do. We can lead by example and adding several more a day to our schedules. Our hands automatically go to our faces, eyes and nose so constantly bring disease and bacteria to be ingested into our systems.

Do you multi-task? Now, be honest, how many things do you try and do at the same time? Drive, talk on the cell phone, take a drink, eat a sandwich or a snack all while on the road. Cook dinner and talk on the phone and wonder why we get burnt while doing that.

Are these some excellent reasons for us to walk? Walk the stairs, walk in the parks, walk in the malls?  Yes, I think so as walking relieves all kinds of stress and provided us more energy to enjoy our jobs, our lives and our families.

Let’s prevent accidents, lose weight, reduce stress, have less accidents, feel healthier and then we will able to love and live life more fully
