are set to increase worldwide.
And bones are affected by every food and drink we consume,
so why do we torture our bodies with all those junk foods we
have become so addicted to? Is it because we don’t think it
matters to our health matters at all? Look around and observe
the obese people and guess their ages and ask yourself why
do they look that they do? Look at all the broken bones when
shopping and sports injuries, did you ever think to ask yourself
if this could be you or your family member and is it their diet or
an honest accident. Look at all the broken bones in our elderly
care homes, could it be that they lack vitamins and minerals
which include natural calcium from raw foods and getting
