throat is organic apple cider vinegar, a half teaspoon in
about 4 ounces of warm water and gargle every 20 minutes.

This is not harmful if you swallow some of it when gargling
as it contains natural ingredients to help deal with this
bacteria in your throat.

Cayenne pepper, you know the kind from your pantry that
you sprinkle on your home made pizza’s, in a cup of hot
water, let set a couple minutes to cool down then gargle it.
This also will help lessen the painful sore throat. Do
frequently to get the best results. Want a milder remedy,
try adding 2 tablespoons lemon juice to warm water and
gargle and this is also good to drink or sip on as it also
contains some vitamin C to help heal and repair the throat.

chopped garlic and sip on this, chewing the garlic while
