nutritional content and antioxidants included in them
that is good for the body to do its job of healing and
repairing itself. A super food will help the body all
kinds of disease. Super foods give us more energy also.

What are some super foods that are good for us? The
egg when eaten whole is a great source of protein
and healthy cholesterol for us. Eggs can improve

Oats are great for heart health, diabetes, cholesterol

great fiber and don’t cause the insulin to rise. Add
oats to your homemade whole grain breads and
meat dishes as filler. Blueberries contain lots of
antioxidants and you can add them to your
whole grain pancakes, yogurts, and smoothies.
They can help cancers. Goji berries can also help
with our eye health. It is one of the best foods
used in Chinese medicine.

Almonds contain the great fat we need to help
the body heal supplying the necessary Vitamin E.
Almonds can be processed through the blender
and produce for us: the almond milk, almond
paste and almond butters that we can use for
spread on our whole grain breads and even
on apple slices. You can use almond butters
in place of peanut butter.

Wild salmon has the great omega 3′s that we
need for heart health, it has few pollutants,
helps with our brain health and is a great
source of protein. Fresh is great but if it isn’t

raw vegetables, organic seed and nuts, legumes,
whole grains on a daily basis.

prevent disease in our bodies. We need at least 16 vitamins,

12 amino acids and 3 fatty acids in our diets and if we don’t,
we will experience over time degenerative diseases. Our
bodies we created to maximize our use of natural foods
and not those created by man, loaded with sugars of all
kinds, sodium’s, preservatives and chemicals. We as a
nation, want it all faster, but that is not how our bodies
feel ,and perform its functions to stay healthy.

Everything we experience in our health matters is directly
related to the foods we are putting into our bodies or maybe
the food that we are Not putting into our bodies.
Our body offers us signs of all kinds to let us know,
if we will only payattention to the signs,
such as hair turning gray, nails health
is not what we want, cramping and bloating, digestion issues,
eyesight issues and the list is endless.

Are we getting our vitamins for health and to stay healthy
with our current eating habits? Are our juices commercially
processed with added sugars? Are our snack foods also full
of added sugars and sodium? Are we eating a minimum of
3 meals a day with raw foods included? Are we experiencing
health matter issues?

As we age, we have a tendency to need more nutrition meals,
to prevent diseases, to keep achy joints from happening,
our hair turning gray and falling out, keeping wrinkles
from happening and our list grows.

We feed our animals and pets more nutritional foods than we eat,
check it out for yourselves and see if you are guilty.
