Is it possible to prevent flu?

Prevent flu by taking precautions on a daily basis. Washing your
hands after every handshake, touching every door handle, after
every bathroom visit, touching every shopping cart, touching
every handrail, riding escalators and before all food preparations
for starters. Proper hygiene is a must as the first thing we do
with our hands in any situation is touch our face which includes
the nose, eyes and mouth and this transmits whatever bacteria
and germs we have been in contact with.
