Preventing constipation is something we would all like to
know more about when it happens in our lives and those
of our children. Constipation is a serious problem if it
happens constantly. Regular bowel movements need
to be improved to 2 to 3 times daily.

What causes constipation? It is the foods that we are
consuming such as lots of foods made with corn
syrups added and that is on lots of the labels of
foods and drinks we use daily. Did you or are you

Problems with constipation increase when foods
stay in ones body for long periods of time. Its like
