Oregano Oil-RX

Cold and flu season is  invading our families and causing havoc
on all of our fun activities and work. What are some home
remedies that we can do and that date back to the traditional
Chinese medicines? Are you tired of buying those over the
counter remedies and not getting results? Are doctor and clinic
visits a hassle and you get exposed to even more people
experiencing colds and flu?

Washing the hands and gargling apple cider vinegar after each
outing will really bring the infections down from  getting into
your system through the eyes, mouth and hands touching your
face. Pick up some garlic bulbs the next time you go shopping
and learn to make a tea using a chopped clove of garlic and sip
on it. You can add a small dash of cayenne pepper to also make
it more helpful to the immune system. Drink lots of water a day
instead of sugar loaded drinks.

Ginger is also available in the fresh vegetable department of
your local store and you can slice some of the roots and chop
it and then add it to water and make a hot tea drink for an upset
stomach, a sore throat and it also aids the digestion of foods.
