Flu Virus is again on the rise in lots of areas of our country
again, as more people seems to be more stressed to job
loss and jobs availability for lots of persons. Flu virus
affects young and old and is passed by sneezing, poorly
ventilated rooms and offices, crowded malls and
restaurants and tightly closed homes due to weather
conditions outdoors.
Flu virus is very contagious and when a persons immune
system is challenged by any of the these things, we become
susceptible to it. When someone sneezes the germs blow
as far as over 200 feet, so its so important to teach proper
hygiene, such as covering the mouth and nose with your
elbow or tissue to help block those germs from traveling
and infecting others.

Flu virus can also be prevented by eating lots more fresh fruits
