Cold weather Health tips are definitely on the minds of all of us that experience the last est cold spell that swept across the center of the United States. Most all of you have to deal with colder weather and the Health matters that need to be addressed at some time in your families life.

Anytime the temperature drops below 32 degrees a person can get frostbite as it affects the nose, ears, our fingers and our toes.
