foods do I need to purchase or grow in my garden to keep my family
and myself from colds and flu, infections, diseases and have a
healthy heart?

Healthiest foods for all of us will include eating lots more fresh raw
fruits, raw vegetables, organic seeds and nuts, beans and legumes,
drinking more water and adding exercise daily to all of our schedules.
Include raw foods for all your snack foods to increase your vitamins
and minerals to prevent all sorts of diseases and infections.
