Vitamin C is necessary for all of our health matters. We can get
lots of vitamin C from our fresh raw fruits and fresh raw

High Fever

High fever can be dangerous so you will need to pay attention as
to how high it rises? Most fevers can be treated naturally with
lukewarm water with a little fresh lemon juice added to keep a
person hydrated and also gives some Vitamin C to heal and
