Healthy Breakfast – Are you eating a Healthy breakfast every morning?
Are your children and grandchildren eating a healthy breakfast before
they leave for school? Everyone needs to eat a healthy breakfast to
break the fast that you have been gone through- the night without any
food or drink.
Eating a healthy breakfast is a must so we can have the endurance to
do our daily tasks and keep our immune systems protecting our bodies.
So what is a healthy breakfast? A healthy consists of eating some fresh
raw fruits and fresh raw vegetables and including some lean protein
foods so you can receive nutrition and digestive enzymes to feel full
and get energized to do all that is required of your body. When we do
not eat a healthy breakfast, we become sluggish and feel ‘brain dead’,
then we indulge in energy drinks and caffeine, fast foods filled with
lots of sugars and sodium’s that are definitely not healthy.
Make smoothies for breakfast as they can include all those great
fruits and vegetables and protein needed for all your health matters.

Eating a healthy breakfast will increase your stamina, keep your
weight in the normal range, defend the immune system, make
your skin and hair healthier, perform better at work and your
children will do much better in school, decrease the amount of
time that you have to take sick leave or the children miss classes,
so enjoy a healthy breakfast, it does improve your health matters!
