One of the main ways to gauge and see if we are overweight is by measuring their body mass index (BMI), a measurement of obesity that involves our height and weight. Take that next step for yourself and add a 30 minute walk each day, eat more raw foods, and stay away from super-sizing meals, fast foods, sugar loaded desserts and leave all of those soft drinks alone and start drinking lots more water. It is worth this change as you sure don’t want to deal with bills of going to doctors and clinics for those toxic medicines and prescriptions when you can make a difference by changing your meals and snacks for you and that of your children.
