Liver disease is a serious health risk and we all need to realize
that whatever we are eating and drinking passes through the
liver for purification and digestive processes. How many
times do we even give our liver’s health matters a thought
when we pop a pill, smoke, drink a beer, eat those processed
foods and eat all those chips loaded with unhealthy fats and

Any high speed blender will work to make smoothies delicious,
I use a Vita-Mix and always use whole fruits and vegetables
when making mine. I freeze by berries when they are in season,
freeze my bananas with peel on, freeze watermelon in season
and grapes so this also improves the speed at meal or snack
times. My grandchildren all love smoothies at my house and
now are making them at their homes.
