High Nutrient Good Foods

Thursday, February 18th, 2010

High nutrient good foods that we need to include in our daily
meals are the tomatoes, in the form of tomato paste, fresh
tomato sauce for our whole grain pastas, chopped fresh
tomato on our green salads. Tomatoes are high in
antioxidants to aid our immune system to protect
us and they also are great to reduce high blood
pressure and that is real important for adults
and children as well.

In my research to find us great foods to include into
our daily meals for our daily nutrition to prevent
disease and infections, I came across this video
offering tips for health matters on high nutrient
good foods to include:

Low calorie, high nutrient “super foods”

Just my observations on nutrient dense, low calorie foods
which are common in traditional societies but missing in our
overweight fast food nation. (don’t worry I’ll plan on doing a
few “deeper” videos soon) keywords: diet low calorie
nutrients fat vitamins minerals health native natural
weight kale honey sea super food thin American us
When eat high nutrient good foods we can maintain
our weight much easier, our heart health improves,
our mental thoughts improve, our immune systems
can deal with all the viruses and bacteria that we are
in contact on a daily basis.

Eating as much as you can in the raw state will improve
our health, if you still want some cooked vegetables then
make them into soups, so you get the nutrients from
the liquid. Raw soups are excellent also.

This video offers and shows us some of the best high
nutrient good foods that we need to include to improve
our health matters daily. When we realize what the most
high nutrient good foods are, we will find it much easier
to become and stay healthy daily:

Nutrient Density is the Key to Good health

Joel Fuhrman MD talks about diets that don’t work, and nutrient
density as the key to healthy eating. The full 90-minute talk is
available on DVD at www.vegsource.com and click “store.”

When we learn or relearn how to include high nutrient good
foods into our meals, we will find ourselves leaving all the
junk foods alone as they will become too sweet, we will feel
the difference and our bodies will show us the difference it
how it performs for us daily.

Junk Food and Fast Food

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

Junk food and fast food is causing us lots of issues with our
health matters, due to our consumption of them. Have
you ever seen the labels on fast foods, whether they be
what we are drinking or snacking on? Just read the
amount of sugars and sodium in each and every one of
them and then ask yourself, is this enhancing my body
to be healthy?

Be responsible for the health matters of your own bodies,
and those of the family! Most junk food and fast food is not
on the healthy list for you. What junk food does to our
bodies is cause weight gains, low energy, emotional
issues and even death of cells and eventually it takes
our life.

Whole foods build up a body, add the necessary vitamins
and minerals to prevent disease, build up the immune
system, mentally strong, and physically able to perform
whatever comes at us. We can solve most of our health
matters and challenges with eating a diet healthy with
raw foods, organic seeds and nuts, whole grain products
and legumes.

This video offers some amazing health tips on what we can
do to help ourselves the smart way and avoid unnecessary visits
to hospital and clinics:
