changing our diets to include more of the foods rich
in Omega 3′s , eating lots more raw fruits and raw

Lower your cholesterol by starting your day eating a healthy breakfast using low glycemic foods such as the Mediterranean style of foods. Eating a healthy breakfast will manage those hunger pangs, keep your sugar levels optimized and will help you control hunger binges through the day.

Get a good night’s rest so the body can heal and repair itself. Suggested is 7 to 8 hours in a day.
