Frequent laughter is known as a medicine for ourselves as its
great for our heart health matters, our lung health, our immune
systems and did you know it makes us eat less, it gives us
that full feeling. So why not laugh?

Laughter relieves stress, increases your energy and relieves
your muscles from cramping from all the stress you are enduring
daily. Did you know that laughter burns fat, another great
healthy tip? Our children laugh so easily and we adults seems
to have forgotten how to laugh. Have you ever noticed that our
small children have laughter upward of hundreds a times per
day, while we adults my only laugh on the average of 10 times
a day. See the difference in how they feel and look, so why
would we give up laughter?
