Flatulence

Flatulence or Farting:

Flatulence or farting is a natural everyday occurrence due to
passing wind caused by the food or drink we have consumed.

It is something we all have and its when it becomes
excessive and smelly that we need to take control of those
things we are putting into our bodies.

Healthy Tips:

1. Eating to fast.
2. Certain foods that cause it.
3. Add peppermint, fennel seeds.
4. Yogurt.
5. Cook with turmeric & curry Powder.

Flatulence or farting can be avoided by slowing down and
sitting down to eat, thoroughly chewing your
foods until they become liquid. Eat more raw foods with
enzymes to aid the digestive process, adding
exercise daily such as brisk walking, and keeping a journal
of what you are eating to eliminate those
causing the most gases to your bodies. We are all created
differently and what helps me , may or may
not help you.

3 Foods

3 Toxic Household Foods:

3 foods that can kill your dog and so if you do not want to poison
your little house dog, you will need to make sure you do not allow
them to eat the following foods:

1. Chocolate
2. Bread Dough
3. Avocado

Chocolate is tempting to feed them as they beg for you to feed
them anything you are putting into your mouth. Your chocolate
has various amounts of caffeine in it as dogs can not handle
that. This causes their heart health matters to be challenges
and also their nervous system and can lead to diarrhea,
vomiting, sometimes a fever and extreme bloating.

Bread dough is fun for the children to eat and maybe you
still like the raw dough when making bread for your family,
but it is not healthy for your little dog. The yeast that you
put into your mixture to causes the bread to rise in the
little dog’s stomach and give off a gas that is dangerous.

The yeast makes a gas called ethanol and causes
extreme bloating, possible extreme diarrhea, maybe even
a seizure and other health challenges.

Avocado is a great healthy food for us to use and its got
great nutrients of a healthy fat for our heart health
matters, but it in definitely not good for our little dog. It
can cause labored breathing, its tongue can swell and
affects its swallowing and if it a little dog nursing
puppies it will affect the health of the milk even to the
point of mastitis for them.

Gut

Gut Health Matters!

Get your gut healthy and you will be healthy! Seriously, your gut
is your brain when it comes to taking care of your body, your
heart, your skin and nails, your digestive process and the list
goes on. Did you realize that everything you eat and drink has
to go through your gut and it either gets digested and processed
to be of benefit to your body or dumped in the stool for disposal?

Your gut houses all sorts of bacteria, some of them are the good
bacteria to digest foods and help them move along and the other
ones are the bad bacteria causing all kinds of health challenges
and diseases. The gut is your foundation of your mental health,
your emotional and of course your physical health, so make
sure it stays healthy.

comes to health – when you’re gut is out of whack so is
everything else! Symptoms: Bloating; Gas; Diarrhea;
Constipation

When we do nothing to protect our gut and its health matters,
we will experience lot more allergies, heart challenges such
as diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, osteoarthritis,
colon caners and of course tons of other issues with our
health.

Most all of us have a gut that is not healthy from eating
way to many sugar loaded, sodium loaded, unhealthy fatty
foods, processed and packaged foods and drinks with lots
of high fructose corn syrup added. All of these contain
toxins that are unhealthy for our bodies and put an extra
challenge on our gut to sort through them all and eliminate
them. Our gut can become infected, impacted and unable
to digest our good foods properly and then along comes
disease, bloating, gas, extra belly fat, diarrhea and
constipation making matters worse for us.
