Ten Super Secrets For Weight Loss

Lower your cholesterol by starting your day eating a healthy breakfast using low glycemic foods such as the Mediterranean style of foods. Eating a healthy breakfast will manage those hunger pangs, keep your sugar levels optimized and will help you control hunger binges through the day.

Did you know that we need to be eating 5 to 6 small-low glycemic meals a day to lose weight, balance our blood sugar levels and keep disease away from us?

Take good qualtiy supplements as so much or our foods don’t have the proper amounts of necessary nutrition we need. Some recommeded supplements include magnesium, potassium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Vitamin E and then zinc. Adults will need to supplement with folate and possibly calcium.

Get a good night’s rest so the body can heal and repair itself. Suggested is 7 to 8 hours in a day. When we don’t get enough sleep it shows in our bodies as disease of heart, weight gain, immune diseases, and this will help lower your cholesterol. Add some mediation to your schedule to reduce stress and this will help with heart health.
