Eating healthy will keep disease and improve the health o
our bodies by boosting our immune system. Eating
healthy foods and leaving all those junk foods on the
shelf  is a huge step to improvements in our health
matters.

We as Americans, eat way to much and therefore
are much less healthy. We stuff ourselves with sugar
loaded food and drinks, diet foods and drinks,
processed and preservatives loaded foods and most of these
have very little nutritional benefits such as vitamin and minerals,
we need to keep our bodies taking care of themselves.

Cold and Flu Season

Oregano Oil-RX

Cold and flu season is  invading our families and causing havoc
on all of our fun activities and work. What are some home
remedies that we can do and that date back to the traditional
Chinese medicines? Are you tired of buying those over the
counter remedies and not getting results? Are doctor and clinic
visits a hassle and you get exposed to even more people
experiencing colds and flu?

Washing the hands and gargling apple cider vinegar after each
outing will really bring the infections down from  getting into
your system through the eyes, mouth and hands touching your
face. Pick up some garlic bulbs the next time you go shopping
and learn to make a tea using a chopped clove of garlic and sip
on it. You can add a small dash of cayenne pepper to also make
it more helpful to the immune system. Drink lots of water a day
instead of sugar loaded drinks.

Ginger is also available in the fresh vegetable department of
your local store and you can slice some of the roots and chop
it and then add it to water and make a hot tea drink for an upset
stomach, a sore throat and it also aids the digestion of foods.

This video offers tips for the cold and flu season and will help
us stay healthy:

Colds & Flu remedy forum!

Garlic!! I completely forgot to mention Garlic! Garlic is the BEST
medicine EVER! eat your garlic (cloves) or buy it in capsules
(Kyolic brand). Anyway the remedies for cold and flu are..

strong, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, very powerful. take it into a
tea or caps. Ginger. Calms stomach. cures sore throat. generally
good for you. Hot/Cold Showers. Amazing technique for raising
your energy when you feel a bit ill at ease.

Home remedies will work for most of us and are so much safer
than any remedy that we can find that is purchased at a pharmacy
or in our local stores. There are so many ways to keep ourselves
and our loved healthy during this cold and flu season and I think
that you will appreciate this video and the suggestions for us here:

Alternative Medicine Herbal Remedies :
Cold & Flu Home Remedies

Home remedies for helping a cold and flu include chicken soup,
teas made with ginger, cayenne, chamomile or common yarrow,
a long shower, and getting extra sleep. Consider adding lemon
or honey to tea to help with the symptoms of a cold or flu with
advice from a practicing herbalist in this free video on
alternative medicine.

Juicing our fresh fruits and fresh vegetables for our freshly
squeezed juices to drink will also add lots of Vitamin C and
other necessary nutrients to boost our immune systems to
lessen the duration or even for having to endure the
inconveniences of having to deal with the cold and flu season
and its nasty results. Juicing helps to heal and repair our
bodies much quicker as these ingredients are much easier to
digest.

The Juicing Bible

Fibromyalgia and foods are very important when dealing with pain, inflammation and relief from challenges that accompany fibromyalgia. Foods can and will be your medicine on your road to aid you in your challenges of your body.

The lady tells her story of how she accomplishes those tasks of her fibromyalgia and foods that she eats:

Fibromyalgia and Food- does what we eat affect how we feel?

* Please note* I don’t sell anything. Hello everyone! Today, I invite you all to lunch in my kitchen to share a meal and talk about fibromyalgia and food. Does what we eat affect how we feel? As we share a meal of eggs, cheese, apples and water, we talk about one more weapon we have in our battle against chronic pain– food. Does food hold any answers in creating more pain, or easing the amount of pain we suffer on a daily basis? Let’s talk! — Diana This video runs 6 minutes and 58 seconds….

Fibromyalgia and foods are a definite combination we need to be aware of to help us feel and live a better quality of life. You are going to have to pay attention to the labels on all of the food you purchase for consumption.

When you start on your journey to make foods your friend, you may need to do a colon cleanse to clear up the entire body of all the toxins and negative foods that you have consumed and eaten. When you detoxify the body of all the medications that you have tried, you can make a fresh start to dealing with any of your symptoms as well.

Here is a video that shares information on fibromyalgia and foods to avoid which is so important to our health matters:

Food For Fibromyalgia: Avoid The Nightshades

www.iHealthTube.com Dr. Gloria Gilbere classifies what foods are nightshades and how they may accelerate inflammatory conditions. She encourages people to know exactly what they’re eating, even when they’re not making their foods themselves.

Ten Super Secrets For Weight Loss

Not too long ago I was dragged into a fast food restaurant to eat.
I don’t like fast food places, but sometimes they are
unavoidable. It’s hard to get healthy foods to eat at a fast food
restaurant.

The best advice when you are stuck with fast food is to stay away
from soda, hash browns, nuggets, chicken patties, breaded fish,
and anything deep fried or breaded. These items are loaded with
poisonous trans fats from the hydrogenated oils used in the
preparation problem.

As I’ve mentioned before, even just one gram per day of trans fats
can have damaging effects. If you think that’s bad, think about the
fast food meal with chicken that has about 10 grams of trans fat.
The total continues to increase as you add in a pie or cookie which
can sent the trans fat total over 13 grams.

Just think about the cumulative effects of trans fat on a person’s
health over time. The people that eat 20-30 grams of trans fat every
day probably don’t understand how they are hurting themselves.

Just remember, no one will watch out for your health except you.
Getting back to eating the least evil fast food meal, you should always
ask for water rather than a soda. These may not be some ways that
show you how to lose weight fast, but they can minimize the danger of
fast food.

To avoid the belly fat problems with soda, you can also try some
unsweetened tea.

For a fast food breakfast, your best choice is egg, ham, and cheese
on an English muffin.A fruit and nut salad is also good for breakfast.
At lunch, try a plain cheeseburger, a grilled chicken sandwich, chili,
or a grilled chicken sandwich.

The most important thing I want you to do is to stay away from the
soda, fires, and other deep fried foods.

In the “Super-Size Me” movie, one guy was able to stay healthy while
another one’s health was devastated. The biggest difference was that
the healthy man never ate soda or fries.

Next time you are at one of these fast food places, keep in mind these
tips and always make the smartest choice.
