Healthy Coffee and Cancer

Healthy coffee and cancer is quite the topic for today. Did you  know that there is such a coffee available for all of us? Healthy teas, and healthy hot chocolate available online for us.

With everone talking about economy, here’s 6 Healthy foods under $1.00 per serving to feed our families and with  our health matters as number one priority let’s talk about what those are today as you probably shop for groceries on the weekends.

Let’s start with a serving of 2 cage free organic eggs at approximtely $0.84. These eggs can be one of the most Healthy foods today. But being a farm girl, I also know that not all eggs are equal in nutritional content. Yes, they all come from the chicken but what they eat and how they live is important to our health matters as well. There are the commercially farmed hens that are fed on corn, commercial feeds from the elevators and then there are those allowed to run free to graze for seeds, green plants, bugs and worms that are natural and healthy for the chickens and then in turn are healthy for us to eat.

Here’s a great rule and one you/ve probably heard: garbage in, garbage out. This applies to hens, cattle and us as people.

Please don’t let the egg industry fool you into believing that ‘free-range chickens’ applies to ones being out on the pastures eating greens, just because chickens run outside on a concrete slab is not ‘free-range’ and natural.

Use the local farmers markets and talk with them and then you will know how that care for their hens and chickens that you buy their eggs from. If you have no choice but to go to the local stores, then you need to look for the free-range ones, ok. Avoid the ones that say omega-3 because they have already oxidized them. Are You Pulling your Hair Out

Good morning,

Are you pulling your hair out these days? are you about ready to scream or feel like screaming at someone today? Is everyone disagreeable and grumpy?

Could it a problem such as Stress? Stress is the body’s natural response to intense situations that require action on your part. Some stress is good stress, but yelling and screaming and being able to laugh at yourself will help. Bad stress weakens our bodies immune system, flares up problems in our intestines and this can cause severe complications, causes depression and makes us feel miserable.

Our colons are very responsive to stress and can easily be disrupted when hormones are activated by stress. Negative emotion of bad stress is a huge problem when it comes to our intestinal health. We have a tendency to over-eat and that adds to the process and then comes the unwatned weight. Bad stress at work will even cause us to put off going to the bathroom and then we wonder why we get constipated and then the next thing you know we have a toxic colon condition.

When we get so busy, we have that a tendency to put of meals and then when we do it, we get fast food, which in my opinion is junk food. Fried, greasy, over-cooked, lots of white breads meals and forget about the fact that we need those raw fruits and raw vegetables for those regular bowel movements.

We compound this further by forgetting to exercise and then comes that wired-up feeling and we can’t sleep. Inadequate amounts of exercise and lack of sleep are huge factors that mess with our stress levels.

Our lympathic system is an important aid in the elimination of waste materials by cycling waste our of and putting nutrients into our cells. Exercise is where the power comes from. Without proper exercise our lymphatic systems are unable to do therir job so our bodies retain those awful toxins and then depression moves in also. Depression diminishes our desire to exercise and so here we go again. STRESS. Constipation happens and then the bowel muscles become weaker. Lack of sleep dispurts the homromes that regulate our eating and making those awful foods choices while under stress so therefore the fule to our bodies is dimished and then the toxins run and remain in our systems to long.

This is one of the reasons a vacation is most important , they give our bodies and our minds time to regroup and regenerate our bodies. I believe this is one of the reasons for lots of health issues in our country. I believe that we choose not to go anywhere, we need to have quiet time, mediate, pray and just enjoy nature more. Just observe how the birds, our dogs, our cats, and our other pets, whatever they may be, just enjoy and quietly go about their business of just doing and being. Is there a lesson here for us all?

Can we stop pulling our hair out? Try a few of these suggestion. Go make that healthy cup of coffee or tea. Stop and enjoy it outdoors. Listen to the beautiful music provided. Take a walk during lunch break. Do and treat yourself to something healthy.

Healthy Coffee and Health

Good afternoon,
How about a Healthy coffee for yourself today and take charge of your own Health? Have you ever heard of ‘Healthy coffee or healthy tea’?
I didn’t either until the effects of caffeine were too much for my body to handle and causing side effects.
