Good afternoon,
Is our Motivation and health issues ever questioned of ourselves? Does our Motivation effect our health at all? What is motivation? is it a drive to do good for ourselves or for others? How does one stay motivated to complete a task? Is it self talk? Is it mediation? Is it posting positive quotes on a vision board to see everyday?
How about some positive quotes to think about? Such as this one by Jim Rohn: Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. Or this one by Michael Altshuler: The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot. Or another one that is quite interesting is by an Unknown author: Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass…It’s about learning to dance in the rain.
