Keep healthy bones is very important to our health matters. Bones support our structure whether sitting, standing, running and every task we perform. Posture is very important and nutrition is what keep us having healthy bones to support our bodies.

Let’s look at some of the different ways to keep healthy bones for ourselves and our family. What kinds of foods have calcium in them that is in a natural form? Do I need to supplement with calcium supplements as directed by my doctors and nurses to keep healthy bones?

Healthy bones is a great topic for today as I fell and broke a bone in my left arm this week due to not watching my step and turning my ankle and down I went with my left arm contacting the concrete rather abruptly and cracking it . Makes a lifestyle change for a person rather quickly, if you’ve ever been in this position!

Healthy bones are a serious health matter for all ages. Did you know that even teenagers bone health is concerning to us all these days, due to video games and not enough physical activity of everyday life and sunshine?
