Super Foods to be healthy include blueberries, garlic, oats

Garlic has been around for thousands of years as the
medical plant to use to enhance the immune system

department and when fixing one to use, just peel one

Millions with High Blood Pressure

Are you one of the estimated 65 million who have high blood pressure? Did you even realize that high blood pressure was such a threat to our health matters? Grateful for healthy juice, now isn’t all juice healthy? Sorry, but the answer to that is absolutely not, especially when it is loaded with sugars and corn syrups. Vegetable juices are among the most healthy and nutritious for our bodies to heal and repair itself. Fruits juices are healthy also and nutritious but have quite a bit more sugars of which are natural.
