Eye health is directly related to what we and drink daily. Our eyes
need quality foods such as eating lots of fresh raw fruits and fresh
raw vegetables, seeds and nuts, lean proteins and water to get
their nutrients.

Did you know that you can have better vision with exercising your
eyes as well. Close your eyelids and roll your eyes, first one way
then reverse it and roll them the other way. Now look to the right as
far as possible and then to the left as far as possible, then up as far
as you can , then look down as far as possible. Did you feel the eye
muscles stretching? Do this several times per week and see if
you can see much better.

Eye Health matters to all, from our wee ones to the aging
population, so what are you doing and eating to protect
your eye Health matters. Do you exercise your eyes by
rolling them around with eyelids closed to strengthen

Eye Health Issues

Eye Health issues can develop at any time and sometimes we don’t
even realize it is happening to our eye Health. This is the main
reason for having regular eye health check-ups with our
optometrists. Eye exams need to start at an early age and be
continued annually, at a minimum for all ages.

on gender and eye health as part of this year’s World Sight

Hill is among experts who urge women to take charge
