Let’s visit about a Health hazard-dust mites today. We all think about them. We all know that probably we have them. We all know that we hate them or the idea of even having them in our homes. Makes me itch, just talking to you about them, what about you?

Focus on the dust mites’ food sources. Remove dust from your home, and there are good ways to do that. For example, never sweep or “dust” floors or hard surfaces. This only serves to circulate the dust throughout the house, giving you more chance to inhale them. Instead use damp cloths that will attract and hold the dust you’re collecting
Another way to remove dust is to vacuum your home, furniture, carpet and floors with a machine that uses HEPA filter technology. It will capture the dust mites and their eggs.
You may wish to invest in a good quality air purification system that employs, HEPA filter and UV & negative ion technologies for best results when cleaning your air.
To minimize pet dander, run a wet cloth over pet fur each day, especially after animals come in from outdoors. Another good way to contain loose hair is to brush fur in both directions and then follow with a damp cloth.

Looking for the best cleansing vegetables today, then is what I suggest to you with the most nutritional ingredients. Did you know that all vegetables are cleansing and some have much more cleansing qualities than others? Most of your organic, raw, fresh vegetables will give you a colon cleanse. I also suggest eating your raw vegetables earlier in the day and if you choose cooked vegetables, please only lightly steam them for your evening meals.
