Our bodies will stay healthy when we digest our
foods properly so you may need to supplement
with some types of digestive aids to get your
body back to a healthy point. Did you realize
that any medications it will affect your digestive
track as well, as it has to pass through it to be
eliminated also.
When our colon health is in jeopardy we get a
build-up of harmful toxins and chemicals in our
digestive tract and this is when we can
experience obesity, immune system distresses
such as allergies and asthma even. Ever heard of
ulcerative colitis? This also is a colon health issue.

Digestive Enzymes Tips

Digestive enzymes tips are learning what we need to digest our
foods properly to prevent some health challenges of heartburn,
acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, bloating and cramping.

You are having some of the stomach and digesting foods
problems so you may need to take some digestive enzymes
to balance your stomach and intestine to promote the
friendly bacteria needed to digest what we are eating.

Ever heard of the term ‘lactose intolerance’? Lots and lots
of people can’t tolerate milk products either from genetic
reasons or unable to digest milk. This causes stomach
symptoms such as pain, cramping, bloating and even
diarrhea. But did you know that if you take a supplement
called digestive enzymes that you can most of the time,
drink and eat milk products such as a bowl of ice cream.

You can also try organically grown and natural milk
products as it may the processing and chemicals used to
preserve these products that is causing these health
matter challenges.

It is so important that we eat lots of raw foods that contain the
digestive enzymes that we need to obtain the necessary vitamins
and minerals from our foods. Cooking destroys the natural
digestive enzymes in all of our foods. If you want to cook some
foods slightly, such as vegetables, stir fry lightly with a great
healthy oil such as macadamia or coconut and get the benefits of
the healthy omega’s in your diet as well.

Some digestive enzymes tips are in this video and will help us
prevent disease, inflammation and even auto immune disease
in our bodies:

No manufacturer has tried to come up with a plasmin supplement.
But it doesn’t matter because we can take a variety of protein

The patented German product Wobenzym is another. But there
are many protein-eating enzymes on the market, and fat-eating
enzymes to boot. Later in this report you’ll find tips on how
to choose an enzyme supplement. Although not necessarily
identical to those our own body makes, these enzyme
supplements do a large part of the job of breaking down fibrin
†and all proteins, as far as that goes. In so doing they relieve
stress on our overworked body organs (mainly the pancreas)
that manufacture enzymes. (In case you were wondering,
enzymes don’t devour our own living tissue. Our cells are
tagged with a protective marker.) You’ll be happy to know
the result: An orally ingested enzyme mixture makes it
possible to lower your cholesterol and triglycerides †those
two bogeymen your doctor bugs you about. There’sa
good chance these markers of heart disease will improve if
you take enzyme supplements. What’s more, a lot of less
-famous heart disease indicators will heal at the same time.
That’s because excess fibrin production is harmful in

Digestive Enzymes

Digestive enzymes help us break down our foods in our stomach
and digestive tracks and we obtain them naturally from the raw
fruits and raw vegetables that we need to be eating at every meal.

Enzymes are literally our spark plug of our livelihood. When
digestive enzymes are absent from our foods, we experience
foods that go undigested and putrefies and decays in our bodies
and become toxic and cause impacted colons, heartburn, acid
reflux, constipation, diarrhea and even gall bladder attacks.

When we don’t get the natural digestive enzymes from eating
our raw foods diets, we don’t have enough energy to perform
our tasks daily, we experience lots of fatigue, headaches,
stomach disorders of all kinds, dry skin and wrinkles,
cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes, extreme pain in our
muscles and joints, so eating a healthy diet that includes raw
foods is so important for our health matters.

are called sometimes:

Enzymes also break down and remove wastes, pathogens and
toxic byproducts both in your intestine itself and in your
bloodstream. Its well established that enzymes reduce
inflammation. Please note something important here: enzymes
not only digest food in the GI tract, they also circulate in the
blood and digest foreign matter there — including undigested
food particles. Long story short, enzymes help give a damaged
digestive system the chance to heal. Enzymes arent the only
weapon in this battle. Yeast and bacteria are prime suspects
in GI tract diseases, so an experienced nutritional therapist
will help you balance and control both. Yeast and bacteria
live naturally in healthy intestines, but if you have the
wrong kind of microbes or if theyre allowed to run wild they
might create openings and inflammation in your intestinal
wall. That lets undigested food and toxins pass through

Most of us will need to supplement with a natural digestive
enzyme to either get our digestion back on track to great
health or help us digest some foods that we either overate
or our bodies have trouble in digesting them. Please don’t
use over the counter medications as they will harm the
stomach and digestive track over time.

Good Digestion

Good digestion is when foods passes through the stomach, colon
and out through the large intestine without side effects of
indigestion, acid reflux, bloating, gas and other stomach upsets.

Whatever we eat and drink starts the good digestion process
in our mouths where its mixed with digestive enzymes on its
way down into the esophagus and downward through the
system. Every food we eat is digested in various ways and
places in our systems and how we digest it will tell us if its
digesting properly and feeding our bodies.

For good digestion why don’t we try eating some fruit first as
fruits digests quite easily, where as meat protein can take
hours to digest in our digestive tracks. Always start your
meals with things that digest the quickest such as fruit,
salads made with various green leafy vegetables that are
full of fibers then if you proteins of meat eat that next.

We want our foods to process as easily and quickly as
possible to get the most nutrients from our foods. When
we do this we will have good digestion and not have all
those side effects of heartburn, bloating , gas and acid
reflux to deal with on a constant basis.

Watch this video for some great health tips on good
digestion and why we need to combine our foods differently
for our health matters:

Good digestion begins with what foods and when we eat them
so if you are suffering from any kinds of heartburn and
indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, gas, or
stomach cramping, we need to keep a journal of foods we
are consuming and start to eliminate them from our daily
meals.

Some foods that may cause stomach discomfort can be
chocolate, citrus, tomato products, fried and fatty foods,
stress, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, prescription and over
the counter drugs and possibly being overweight. So by
doing an elimination process we can have our good
digestion back and having lots more energy to do what
and when we want to.

Alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, chocolate, citrus, tomato,
