Cut Stroke risks with food!
Stroke risks can be cut by changing our daily meal plans and using
the amazing tomato twice daily. How can it be that simple? Our
foods are supposed to be our medicines as they contain the vital
nutrients that our bodies need and want daily to heal and repair it.
What would you say to being able to cut your stroke risk by about
34% by using tomato products and preferably eating fresh
tomatoes two times per day?
A Healthy Food:
Stroke risks can be reduced tremendously by what you eat, drink
and the amount of Exercise that we get on a daily basis. Are we
eating tons of processed foods with the potassium striped out from
the food values? Are we eating way to much fried, salty foods that
cause us to have high blood pressures, high cholesterol and high
triglyceride levels which all lead to stroke risks?
Why not include fresh raw foods into our daily diets? Make
smoothies with raw foods and add the tomatoes that are so full of
the potassium that our heart and bodies need, add some banana,
cantaloupe and honey dew melons and papaya for that extra
boost of potassium. Include fresh fruits salads for your desserts
instead of all those processed foods that are full of sugars and
high fructose corn syrups.
Stroke risks are also cut by adding daily exercises to your days.
