the different berry family, fresh spinach, raw carrots, some
ground flax seeds, and blend them up til smooth and enjoy them
as snacks anytime for lots of vitamins and minerals.

There are lots of natural flu remedies in your local health food
stores or online such as elderberry extract, organic oregano oil,
gogi berries, usually dried for convenience, herbal teas with
organic honey and some fresh lemon juice, organic apple cider
vinegar in warm water several times a day.
