Breast Cancer Awareness tips:
Just because October is over and you have seen all the pink socks,
bracelets and gloves worn by everyone from the NFL player to our
local home town sports of football, volleyball and whichever ones
your family participates in, does not mean we need to quit with our
self examining of our breast tissue and the tissue under our arms,
especially the arm pits. Early detection is the key to survival of
breast cancers.
Healthy Tips:
What we eat and drink, how much we exercise and the toxins we
deal with daily do impact our lives. Eating a diet rich in high fiber
foods, eating organic raw foods of fruits and vegetables, drinking
more water, adding the beans and legumes will improve all of our
health matters on a daily basis. Reducing all the processed foods
that have added preservatives and chemically processed will
improve our health matters as well. Everything that we can do to
improve our health instead of just eating because we to fulfill our
craving is not healthy. Omitting the high fructose drinks of all
kinds, the diet soda’s and the foods loaded with names of
products we can’t even pronounce will improve our health
matters also.
I have just had a dear friend diagnosed with breast cancer in
its earliest stages. Have you did the self check of your breast
and the tissues surrounding your breasts? If not, why not?

this disease has touched all of us …
Aren’t the statistic in this article enough for all of us take breast
cancer awareness more seriously? Yes, this includes women of
all ages and men and boys also. Anything that is appearing that
is not the usual or normal, needs to be checked out. If you do not
want so much radiation as you get from a mammogram, have
them cover your throat to protect you more from it. They are also
doing more blood tests to detect cancers and other forms of
detection are being perfected daily.
