Digestive problems run in my family can be managed by how
we combine our foods when eating them. A suggestion that
has helped me is eating my fresh fruits first, then fresh
vegetables, then my potato, then my protein such a beans or
salmon, skipping all those white flour foods such as rolls, and
drinking something hot instead of lots of cold water with my meal.
