Sun burn can be very painful and if it is one that has happened

Sun burn in its severest cases can cause cancers of the face
and arms and legs also. Our dermatologist offices are full
of cases of over exposure to the sun for long periods of
time. Something as simple as wearing hats and cotton long
sleeved shirts or blouses can prevent sun burn and will

Be smart when it comes to being out in the sun for long

Foods for a Healthy Liver

Foods for a healthy liver are necessary to keep your bodies from
becoming toxic and disease to occur. What we eat is extremely
important to our health matters!

A couple of very important herbs to include daily are garlic and
tumeric. Garlic chopped fresh activates the liver enzymes and
has allicin and selenium to give the liver that cleansing boost.

carcinogens in our foods and drinks.
