Holiday Health matters for all of us, as we tend to overeat and indulge in lots of sweets to eat and drink. What can I do this holiday season to feel good, not gain lots of weight and show respect for my body and for my family?

Always fill the plate full of raw fruits and raw vegetables first, then add small portions of some of the rest of the table food if you must taste them all.
