Herbs have a variety of uses such as medicinal, spiritual and of course the culinary uses on an every day basis.  We use the leaves, roots, seeds, the flowers, root barks, berries and every part of some of these herbs, depending on what we are cooking. Some of our culinary herbs are in the forms of shrubs, trees and small plants. Some of them we use the seeds and some of them  the weed, for example, the dill weed when cooking for flavor and that added spice we love.

Herbs are used for medicinal purposes like relieving depression and stress with kava and St. John’s wart. Always use with common sense as we can over-due anything that we eat or drink or even with herb usage.
