Healthy bones is a great topic for today as I fell and broke a bone in my left arm this week due to not watching my step and turning my ankle and down I went with my left arm contacting the concrete rather abruptly and cracking it . Makes a lifestyle change for a person rather quickly, if you’ve ever been in this position!
