Foods for More Energy

Foods for more Energy, now what would really help me to go and do more with lots more energy? Do you run out of energy and the pep to do all that needs done these days? Have you thought or given consideration to the meals you are eating and if they provide any energy for the body or that of your children?

Sugar-loaded donuts, sodas, cookies and cakes are definitely nutritious, oh, yes, they may taste good as you are so accustomed to eating them. Check to see the nutritional content and the vitamins and minerals that they contain. Amazing is it? Is sugar one of the first ingredients listed as an ingredient, be it, corn syrups of several names, salts and white flours?

How about freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, carrot juice with whole grains cereal? Read those labels and see if they contain lots of nutrients to give the body lots more energy and last longer for you.

Lack of sleep, way to much stress, to much television and games, and out of a routine, now that school is out and all the outdoor activities keep you on the run.

With foods you can have lots more energy or less, you get to choose at every meal and snack time.
