Additional flu tips are to leave those sugar loaded desserts, candies and of course, those cocktails and sodas, as these put additional stress on our immune systems. Always have fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and freshly squeezed juices, whether fruit or vegetable. Try combining some of your favorite and enjoy them. Making smoothies of fruit, vegetables, some organic unprocessed honey is a great treat and so healthy for the immune system.
So beating the holiday stress with some additional health tips and some flu season tips is important during these months and every season of the year.
