I hope some of these suggestion will help you protect yourself and your loved ones in your homes. Isn’t it amazing what lives in our homes and we don’t even realize it? Is it any wonder that we have so many allergies, immune systems challenged and for some, even resort to prescription drugs for cures, when we can take charge of our homes easier with these tips for health matters on the air in our homes and how to prevent the air from being so toxic for our systems?
Perhaps we can also use an air purification system to aid us in our challenges of keeping the air in our home from being toxic and prevent distress and disease from being a problem in our homes and lives.
