Eating 3 healthy meals a day is necessary for all of our health
matters as we need body fuel to perform every step of our day.

Have you ever skipped a meal or ate one that is full of sugars
and fried foods and were so tired you could hardly move
within a hour of eating? This is because there was little if any
healthy nutrients in those foods to provide the body fuel to keep
maintains its strength.
