Three Keys to Help You Lose Weight

It doesn’t matter whether you want to get in shape for summer or
lose some weight for a special occasion, there are 3 things you
need to work on to get really good results. Doing just one of them
can help you lose your belly, but doing all three will give you the
best possible results.

I know these ideas may seem too simple, they are the key to
success. These items are part of almost every weight loss or fitness
plan, they may just call them by different names. At the end of the
day, if you don’t exercise regularly, eat healthier, or take some
health supplements, you probably won’t have a lot of success.
Unless you do two or three, there is a good chance you won’t reach
your ultimate goals.

Consume a Healthier Diet
You probably don’t want me to tell you this is the most important
thing, but it is also the foundation of getting healthy. Simply eating
a healthier diet can have dramatic effects even if it is the only thing
you do. On the other side a bad diet can stop you from losing weight
even if you do the other two things.
Exercise Regularly
If you want to improve your health, exercise is another key
component. Even if you aren’t interested in getting rid of lots of bell
fat and just want to get healthier, you should be exercising on a
regular basis. If you want to follow a specific exercise program, there
are a lot of programs out there on everything from best antioxidant
supplement to sweating to the oldies. Find a program that works for
you and get busy.

Use Health Supplements
Health supplements can be a key part of weight loss and overall health.
Unfortunately, most people think they can ignore the first two things
and just take a pill. While it may help your overall health, even the ab
workouts won’t help you melt off the body fat while you continue to
down Twinkies and Coke.

Hopefully you have found these tips helpful and inspiring. For the
record, I am not a physician and have no medical training. You should
check with your doctor before you change your diet or start a new

exercise program. Good Luck!

Ten Super Secrets For Weight Loss

Loss of a Pet

Friday, September 18th, 2009

Loss of a pet in heavily on my mind today, so just will share some thoughts with you. Grief is something I am quiet familiar with in my lifetime. I have never walked in these shoes before and I don’t like the fit but will shed them for wonderful memories of shoes worn previously and over so many miles of smiles.

Last evening, I lost my little dog-a long-haired Chihuahua to an accident on the highway that is really busy with over 3,000 vehicles, estimated daily.

He loved to play with the farm dog and enjoyed that so much that when we would be gone for a couple of hours, we would let him play and run the farm. The older dog loved to tease the barn cats and so did Buster. They would not hurt them, just make them run back to inside the big barn on our farm.

His favorite thing in the house is when I went to the recliner chair and after I was barely seated, he would jump upon the chair, do a circle and back in beside me and go right to sleep, sometimes tossing and turning and even putting a paw up occasionally, doing a stretch and shut-off my laptop.

He loved going places with us and was an excellent rider and a great companion. He loved going especially on the 4-wheeler with me. He would sit in the little box right beside my seat and let his hair blow for hours. Recently we all went 4-wheeling for 3 days and guess where my little Buster was? right beside me!

How does one deal with the loss of a pet? Well, my way today is sharing the love of Buster, the joy, the pride of ownership with you, my readers. I hope that you will be so kind as to share you love stories with my readers as well.

Have you ever felt something like this quote send to me by a friend?

“I walk in and out of many worlds.”
–Joy Harjo, CREEK/CHEROKEE
In my mind are many dwellings. Each of the dwellings we create ourselves – the house of anger, the house of despair, the house of self pity, the house of indifference, the house of negative, the house of positive, the house of hope, the house of joy, the house of peace, the house of enthusiasm, the house of cooperation, the house of giving. Each of these houses we visit each day. We can stay in any house for as long as we want. We can leave these mental houses any time we wish. We create the dwelling, we stay in the dwelling, we leave the dwelling whenever we wish. We can create new rooms, new houses. Whenever we enter these dwellings, this becomes our world until we leave for another. What world will we live in today?

Creator, no one can determine which dwelling I choose to enter. No one has the power to do so, only me. Let me choose wisely today!

Yes, it is with a joyful heart for having know Buster for a few short months. Yes, my heart hurts today without his championship!
Give your pet a hug today!

Thanks for being here!
