Super Foods To Be Healthy

Super foods to be healthy include blueberries, garlic, oats
for some of the basic ones. These are available in all of
your grocery outlets and can be obtained in your health
foods stores organically.

Garlic has been around for thousands of years as the
medical plant to use to enhance the immune system
and also to control blood pressure, fight inflammation
and stomach cancers. Garlic is a bulb in the produce
department and when fixing one to use, just peel one
of the cloves from the bulb and chop it fine and add
to salads, top your soups with it, make a cup of tea
with it, put into the blender with your raw vegetables
and fruits for a great smoothie.
