diet metabolism is critical when trying to lose a few pounds of fat.
When we are very inactive and then all of a sudden we would like
to lose that fat belly for a special occasion, we don’t seem to be
able to do it, what is wrong? can it be that we need to begin an
exercise regiment, change our meal plans and our drinks that
we consume daily?
Increasing our metabolism-our bodies way of burning up the
calories we have consumed and are consuming daily-is done
naturally by increasing our daily walking, adding some weight
bearing exercises and just moving at a faster rate will increase
our metabolism do improve our diet metabolism.
Nutrition facts:
We need to eat a healthy breakfast that includes a protein, lots
of fiber such as a bowl of oatmeal, fresh fruit or top it with
some chopped nuts such as walnuts or almonds.
Add some healthy mid-morning snacks such as raw carrots or
fresh fruits to keep our metabolism burning and ready to
produce fuel for our bodies at all time. Starving oneself is not a
way to improve diet metabolism, instead it decreases our
metabolism rates and we defeat our purpose.
Make sure to eat foods that have fibers in them such as raw
fruits and raw vegetables as this also improves the diet
metabolism and does not encourage fat to build up in our
bodies. Use organic foods so you do not get all those
preservatives that can cause you to retain water also.
Drink lots more water instead of sugar loaded drinks and soda’s
as this helps move the foods through the digestive system
easier and there are no calories in pure water.
