Gut Health Matters!

Get your gut healthy and you will be healthy! Seriously, your gut
is your brain when it comes to taking care of your body, your
heart, your skin and nails, your digestive process and the list
goes on. Did you realize that everything you eat and drink has
to go through your gut and it either gets digested and processed
to be of benefit to your body or dumped in the stool for disposal?

Your gut houses all sorts of bacteria, some of them are the good
bacteria to digest foods and help them move along and the other
ones are the bad bacteria causing all kinds of health challenges
and diseases. The gut is your foundation of your mental health,
your emotional and of course your physical health, so make
sure it stays healthy.

comes to health – when you’re gut is out of whack so is
everything else! Symptoms: Bloating; Gas; Diarrhea;
Constipation

When we do nothing to protect our gut and its health matters,
we will experience lot more allergies, heart challenges such
as diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, osteoarthritis,
colon caners and of course tons of other issues with our
health.

Most all of us have a gut that is not healthy from eating
way to many sugar loaded, sodium loaded, unhealthy fatty
foods, processed and packaged foods and drinks with lots
of high fructose corn syrup added. All of these contain
toxins that are unhealthy for our bodies and put an extra
challenge on our gut to sort through them all and eliminate
them. Our gut can become infected, impacted and unable
to digest our good foods properly and then along comes
disease, bloating, gas, extra belly fat, diarrhea and
constipation making matters worse for us.
