Calcium rich foods such as raw fruits, raw vegetables, organic
seeds and nuts are among the best way for all of us to get our
calcium naturally. In fact, its much better than even drinking milk.

Are you kidding me? No, there are lots of amounts of calcium in
most all raw foods and even the steamed vegetables we fix for
our families.

Eating calcium rich foods is the best way to protect our bodies
from calcium deficiencies and disease. Some of us were brought
up to believe that the only way to get our proper calcium was to
drink lots and lots of milk. Yes, there is calcium in dairy products
but we will be much healthier when we include those raw
vegetables and raw fruits that are full of calcium, fibers and vitamins
and minerals to support or bodies, minds and our heart health matters.

Please eat more calcium rich foods rather than adding supplements
as they have a tendency to build up causing other health challenges,
as that is what happened in my life. I was told by my doctor to increase
my calcium supplements to prevent osteoarthritis, instead that amount
he prescribed to me caused other serious health challenges and almost
caused me to have an unnecessary surgery from its side effects. Eating
a diet of calcium rich foods such as adding those raw fruits and raw
vegetables into smoothies provides us all with amazing calcium, vitamin
C and when we get our necessary Vitamin D that helps us use our
minerals and vitamins in unison, we stay and can become healthy and
prevent all those diseases.
