Eating 3 healthy meals a day is necessary for all of our health
matters as we need body fuel to perform every step of our day.
Have you ever skipped a meal or ate one that is full of sugars
and fried foods and were so tired you could hardly move
within a hour of eating? This is because there was little if any
healthy nutrients in those foods to provide the body fuel to keep
maintains its strength.
Healthy snacks such as all raw fruits, raw vegetables, organic
seeds and nuts, extra lean proteins and drinking water are our
necessary body fuel to keep diseases from invading our bodies,
