Allergies and clean air quality are very critical to our health matters. What are considered allergies for us? Lets consider some possibilities and reasons for allergies.
An allergy is our immune system inability to deal with some things that are harmless to some but not all of us. An allergic reaction is when our immune system believes a certain substance can be harmful to our body. Some things that trigger our immune system are certain foods, dust mites and dust, pollens to certain plants and trees, sometimes medicines prescribed by doctors.
Some symptoms of allergies in the air quality of our homes and offices can be itchy eyes, your nose is running with usually a clean fluid, maybe sneezing a lot, and sometimes we even get the hives on our bodies when the allergens are really strong. We feel just plain miserable and can’t wait to see this season end or stay inside where we have our air purification system running to clean the air of our homes and offices.
Severe allergic reactions can cause breathing problems and even as drastic as an asthma attack. The allergen affects our lungs when breathing toxic substances as an example.
