1. Keep the humidity in your home and workplace at approximately 30% to 50% so you don’t allow the mucous membranes dry out in the nose. Keeping humidity at these levels will keep germs from entering the body.

2. Start your day with hot and cold showers. Start the shower with warm water, then switch to slightly warm , then to colder for a boost to immune system. If you prefer a bath, put some mint oil into the steamy water and inhale for the immune boost.

3. Reduce stress! Learn to mediate, find a yoga class and if that is not possible, try sipping some chamomile tea or valerian tea.

Scrub 3 carrots, 1 Orange-peeled, 1 Apple and about a half of a scrubbed beet. Put all into your juicer and drink it!
