Make a list of things that are stressful

If you are trying to figure out what is causing all of the stress in your body, you may want to do some research. This is something that you can do on your own to find a way to pin point the problems and to get started with the treatments of them. You should sit down and think about the problems that you are having in your life and what you can do to change the situation.

Make a well thought out list of all the problems that you are facing in your life. Think about these problems and what you are worried about. When you are thinking about what is disrupting your life, you may find the answers to the questions of what is causing all of your problems and your stress.

Think of all the people that are adding to your stress. This will include all relationships both at home and at work. Figure out what the problems are with these people and if you need to have them in your life or if they are someone that you should distance yourself from. There is nothing wrong with ending a relationship that is in turmoil. You should be prepared to do this if it is relevant to your health and well-being.

Think of things that you can do to improve your lifestyle. If you are eating the right things, taking the time to exercise and get the proper nutrients for your body. Are you talking about your feelings with others? Do you need to find a different career path? These are examples that you need to think about when you are trying to define your life and what is causing you the most problems with stress

Do not forget about the humor and entertainment in your life. You have to include these things into your life so that you are taking a break from the stress that can build up. You should jot down the things that you like to do and what makes you happy. Make sure that you are applying these things to your life so that you can become a better and well-rounded person.

Make sure that you are going over your lists on a regular basis. Make the necessary changes where they are needed and take the time to enjoy things. You need to stop and smell the roses once in a while to maintain a healthy outlook on life. You will find that once you apply this list, you will watch your stress disappear for good

Symptoms of Stress

Symptoms of Stress are just about unlimited as everyone deals with Stress so differently and under different circumstances and also under different situations. What is stressful for us is probably not so stressful for our best friend or our co-worker. Symptoms of stress, to name a few, can be job related, marriage related, abundance of traffic, losing of a job, moving to a new location, losing a parent or child, a person graduating from college and entering the job market, making a speech, traveling and the list goes on. Sore Muscles can keep us from exercising again and are usually caused by the lack of an activity or increasing of an activity such a going to the gym, maybe planting the garden, riding horseback after an extended periods of inactivity here also, doubling the distance walked today and then possible blisters on your feet.

Appreciation

Appreciation as in Gratitude or the emotion of appreciation is what we want to know-how do we get it, how do we have it when everything some days seems to be falling apart on us and how it affects our lives on a daily basis.

Appreciation is also a term used with monetary issues as is also used a lot these days with the stock markets, our saving accounts that we had earned have hit rock bottom for some of us and the opposite of that is depreciation or our funds lowered to the point of not much left for us.

Appreciation-the emotion-is what will carry us through life’s trials and hurts on any given day. Being truly grateful for what you like and what you don’t like is the completion of the cycle of gratitude. What do you appreciate today? Can you list just 10 things? Start by writing them down. Gratitude is the key to a happy life and being content with the here and now.

Look around you, remember the saying ‘stop and smell the roses’. Enjoy life, Smile at the next person, pray for the other person, show appreciation by allowing some else in the traffic on the way to and from work, sing your prayers of gratitude.

I am appreciating my grandchildren this week here as its rodeo week at the local town. I appreciate all the long hours the cowboys and cowgirls have practiced to perform and earn monies to pay their expenses. I appreciate seeing old friends. I appreciate my family all being together for a couple of days. I am grateful for the health of all. I am grateful for their laughter, their smiles, their enthusiasm, their energies, their positive attitudes and I appreciate them coming to the farm and being with me and enjoying the farm animals and freedom and fresh air.

Health matters for all of us and appreciation and gratitude is one of the most important emotions one needs to practice daily, hourly and at bedtime so one can reduce the stresses of life and being healthy is another gratitude to celebrate.

Show appreciation to one and all. You can’t be mad and glad at the same time. Your health will improve with doing an appreciation list-gratitude list-or whatever you choose to call it. I’m grateful for all of you that comment and read my ‘health tips for health matters’ daily. Together we can make a difference by showing our appreciation for all and to all.
