My First Post
Hi my name is Irene F. Kats.

I want to tell you a little about my story and hope that you will
be willing to take the ride with me.
Before I go any further, I want to thank you for visiting my site.

I am a country girl living on a farm. I have 2 children who are married and my daughter and family live 17 miles away 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons, all very active with school activities, sports, musical and dance events. They are so much fun and love to have Grandma watch them.

I love the farm and its freedom and to be able to observe all the beauty in nature that God provides, the birds, the rabbits, the deer, the wild turkeys, the hawks and don’t forget my hoot owl that talks to me. Added enjoyment are the cows and their calves out grazing and the miniature ponies-a mare and a stud, that if you don’t pay attention, they are chewing on your clothing. I am retired again and am really enjoying new people and making new friends online. I truly love helping people with learning to eat for a healthy lifestyle.

 I also have a business partner with health challenges and we share a lot and hopefully you will meet him here also sharing.

I am very blessed to enjoy a remarkable healthy lifestyle and want others to do the same. I think a body, mind and soul all need nourishment that is healthy so hope to be able to share that with you all
